Beef Heart Stew

Ingredients:
  • 3 lbs Beef Heart, rinsed & cubed

  • 2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour

  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

  • 1 large Onion, peeled & thickly sliced Directions

  • 3 medium Potatoes, cubed

  • 2 Carrots, peeled & cubed

  • 1 cup water

  • Salt

    Directions:
    1. Coat Beef Heart pieces with Flour
    2. Heat Vegetable Oil in deep pan, fry the hearts until golden brown 1 cup Water
    3. Stir in Onions, Potatoes & Carrots. Add Salt & Seasoning Seasoning
    4. Saute for 2 mins. Add Water & simmer in low heat for 2-3 hours
    5. Serve over egg noodles.
